  • THE PROGRAM

Members receive their workouts every 4 weeks, consisting of 4 split body workouts. These are accompanied by detailed instructional videos and access to the exercise library.

  • MAKING PROGRESS

Strong By Sigi is based around the process of progressive overload. The workouts change each month, but share common movement patterns. The goal of Strong By Sigi is to enable continuous long term improvements.
