  • Customised training program ((updated every 4-6 weeks)

  • Customised macronutrient targets in line with goals (altered as required & depending on your goal, assistance with food sources, meal ideas etc).

  • Access to coaching app, which is the hub for your training & nutrition.

  • Technique and performance reviews via the coaching app.

  • Access to the Private Facebook Community.

  • Weekly Zoom coaching calls, to review the week, set goals and ask any questions or queries you may have.

  • Weekly group webinars where we cover educational topics and connect you with like-minded women.

  • Educational modules covering my key philosophies, and empowering you with the knowledge to continue working towards your goals.

  • Connecting with a group of supportive and positive women in the program working towards their goals.

You are committed to the learning process and want to apply life long skills and knowledge about your training, nutrition, mind and body to gain independence.

You are willing to put full trust into your coach and follow through with the weekly plan/goals set to reap the rewards.

You are open and honest with your coach and communicate when/if you are struggling or lack understanding.

You are committed to reporting in your coach on a weekly basis using weekly reporting processes.

You have +6 months gym experience and good competency at the basic movement patterns.


$100AUD per week for the 16 weeks (discounted long-term coaching available beyond 16 weeks).
