WHAT YOU'LL GET:

You’ll receive a customised training plan, which can be easily accessed on your smartphone via an app with detailed videos and can be done in the comfort of your home or in the gym depending on your preference.


Although I’m not physically there to walk you through each exercise (the only difference) you can send through videos where I correct your technique and give you feedback to focus on next time.

To make sure you stay on track I’ll be checking in with you weekly via our biofeedback platform to discuss training, nutrition or lifestyle habits so you can continue to make progress and work through any roadblocks that pop up along the way.
